By using mcp-connect ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is a hosted auth proxy for Model Context Protocol servers, provided on an "as is" basis.
You may not use the Service to proxy traffic to systems you are not authorized to access, to facilitate abuse, or to exceed your plan's quotas through circumvention.
You are responsible for safeguarding your tokens and account credentials. Tokens grant access to your upstream servers; treat them as secrets.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Paid plans may include SLAs as described at purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mcp-connect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
