You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of a charge for a full refund of that period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If a renewal fails, we retry; persistent failure downgrades the account to Free without deleting your data.
